I produced this about a year ago but as soon as i started writing I drew a blank. Fast forward and here we are today. I've wanted to do a more conceptual project for a minute, but i think there's a fine line between overly conceptual and just straight bangers for 20 minutes. I want all the songs to be able to be thrown on at any time to jam out to, but also retain a good listening experience for those looking for more than just fun stuff. I love concept albums and for Sleeper, the story telling is increasingly interesting as you follow along, the sleepy tone of the character is just relatable (to me), the flow and delivery are unique, and the hooks immediately catch on.
